Advancing in Life by Gabriel-Wealth Olatuja

 

“Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. (Isaiah 43: 18-19)

Jesus knows who you where, who you are and who you would be. In other words, Jesus knows your past, your present and your future.

The memory scripture tells, us not to remember the former things, do not remember that awful past. Do not be distracted by what has happened in the past. Instead, keep your gaze ahead of you. Keep looking forward. Keep moving forward. Do not allow your past to drag you back or slow you down.

Stop looking back. Look ahead always. Stop looking at your past mistakes. Rather, focus on the perfected you in Christ Jesus. Satan is the accuser. If you refuse to let go of your past, he will continue to use your past against you.

Greater future lies ahead of you. Hear what God has for you in the verse 19 of the scripture: "Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert."

God is already doing a new thing and he will make them spring forth. He will make a way where there's no way. He will open doors of opportunities for you. He will make everything you need to achieve your goals to gravitate towards you. All you need to do is see it with the eyes of the spirit, believe it and see it come to manifestation.

Be a forward looker and believe that the best is yet to come. You know exactly the past you must let go, else, it will hunt you.

If you must look back, you should do so to glorify God for where he has brought you from. Don't look back at the bad events of life that you have experienced. Look forward for the great future and achievements that you desire to come to manifestation.

PRAYERS

I am a partaker of God's divine nature. I refuse to look back.
I look ahead to the greater future that God has destined for me in Jesus name.
I refuse to remember my former sins because they have been blotted out through the death and shedding of blood of Jesus Christ.
I refuse to remember the bad events of life that have broken and weaken me. From now, I regain my strength and I'm energised to move forward and achieve my goals in, life for the glory of God.
I refused to be distracted or discouraged by the things of the past.
My life is a testimony. I shall achieve all my good heart desires in Jesus name.
I recover all lost opportunities in multiple folds.
I am achieving greatness with the speed of the Holy spirit. Hallelujah.
I am free from sicknesses and infirmities because God dwells in my mortal body.
I am preserved by the word of God. The will and purpose of God for my life are coming into fruition in Jesus name.
